Returns
You can return your items within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- Items that are customized, personalized, or on sale are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process
- Contact Us at office@e-xplode.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the items securely and include the original invoice.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for returns due to defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at office@e-xplode.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
