Return Policy

You may return the ordered products within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

Return conditions

• Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels and seals intact.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• Personalized, modified, or discounted products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or have been delivered incorrectly.

Return process

• Send an email to retur@e-xplode.ro with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Pack the products securely and include the original invoice in the parcel.
• Send the parcel to the return address provided by our support team.
  Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

• Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the account used for payment within 7–14 business days.
• Delivery costs are non-refundable, except in the case of returns caused by defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different version of the product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at retur@e-xplode.ro with a photo of the product and your order number.
We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
